How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your item (UNUSED) for a full refund (Less shipping & handling).
Any items being returned must be sent back in their original unused condition with the original packaging no later than 14 days from the purchase date. In order to return a product you will need to first contact us to obtain an RMA number.
Items returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back.
I received a Broken/Defective/Wrong item, what do I do?
If you received a broken or defective item we must be notified within 24 hours after the delivery time of the package in order to honor a refund. Exceptions are made during holidays and will be posted on this page.
If you have received a broken item please note that it is your responsibility to make that item available to FedEx/UPS inspection - if their representative cannot see the broken item, we may not be able to file a claim and therefore cannot send you a replacement item free of charge.
