GENERAL FAQ


Q: Why are the items on your site WATER PIPES and not BONGS?

A:  Bongs are paraphernalia, and are used with controlled/illegal substances.  Water Pipes, like the ones we sell here, are made for tobacco use only and for adults over the age of 18 (or 19 in some states).

 

Q:  Why are your glass pipes so nice?

A:  Great question!  We deal with the best glass blowers in the US and we only deal with quality glass.  Our glass pipes and water pipes are amongst the best pipes in the world.


Q:  Does any of your glass pipes come from India or Pakistan?  

A:  98% of our glass is hand blown and made in America.  However, we do have a small selection of glass pipes, water pipes and spoons that come from other countries.  We're trying to bring in a variety of glass to ensure that all of our customers and price conscious customers have the variety they deserve.


Q:  How durable are your water pipes?

A:  All of our water pipes are made from a minimum of 5 millimeter thick glass.  We also have 7 millimeter thick glass for extra durability and 9 millimeter thick glass for super durability.  Each product description will detail the wall thickness of the glass water pipe.


Q:  Why doesn't the glass pipe I got look identical to the one pictured on your website?

A:  Since our glass pipes are each hand blown and not mass produced, sometimes variances in color or shape occur.  The glass blowers that we deal with try their best to blow glass exactly the same each time, but you may find minor differences.  Either way, you'll get one hell of a glass pipe that you will enjoy.



CREDIT CARDS AND BILLING FAQ


Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A:  Just4Smokers.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover affiliated credit cards and debit cards.  We also accept pre-paid gift cards from these three companies (see more on that below).  Just4Smokers unfortunately does not accept the following as a form of payment:  American Express cards, Paypal, Google Checkout or Empty Promises.


Q: Do you accept Pre-Paid Gift Cards?

A: Yes - but only from Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  The card must also be registered to the shipping address for your items.  Please note that in the case of the refund Just4Smokers.com is not responsible for whatever has happened to your card - we suggest that you save the card until you receive your item and are willing to keep it.


Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Whenever you buy something online, your credit card automatically withdraws the full amount from your account and puts it in a “hold account”.  From there, we “accept” this payment when we are ready to ship your order.  If we do not accept the payment within 30 days that money will automatically be refunded into your account.


Q:  Why don’t I see my refund in my bank account?

A:  The amount of time it takes between our authorizing a refund to your card and the time you see the money back in your account can take 1-3 business days.  We suggest calling your bank to confirm that a transaction is in process.





SHIPPING, RETURNS and REFUNDS FAQ


Q:  Where do you ship to?

A:  Just4Smokers ship to the USA and Canada, with the exception of NJ (see “Why doesn’t Just4Smokers ship to NJ?”).


Q:  Can I have my item shipped to a P.O. Box?

A:  Unfortunately, no, you cannot - you will have to provide a brick-and-mortar shipping address.


Q:  What types of shipping do you offer?

A:  We use FedEx for all Ground Shipping.  We use UPS for all expedited shipping (one, two or three day Air Shipping).


Q:  Where is my package coming from?

A:  All of our shipments move out of New Jersey, USA, unless you are receiving a drop shipped item (see below for more on drop shipping).


Q:  My item is being “Drop Shipped”, what does this mean?

A:  Just4Smokers is lucky to be affiliated with most major glass brands - this means that occasionally when we do not have an item available for immediate shipping, we have glass blowers ship pipes directly to the consumer.  You do not need to do anything special to receive a drop shipped package.   


Q:  How do you calculate shipping rates?

A: All rates are calculated live via FedEx and UPS based on the weight and size of your item..  All orders over $400 are granted the option of FREE ground shipping.


Q: Can I ship my order anywhere?

A:  If you want to ship your item to an address OTHER THAN YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS you will have to Fill Out the Attached Form! - (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD).  Otherwise your shipment will be ON HOLD!  


Q: Has my order been shipped?

A: You can check on the status of your order by clicking on Order Status or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order.


Q: How do I track my order?

A: If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order.


Q: Why doesn't Just4Smokers ship to NJ?

A:  NJ has a pesky law regarding tobacco products;  One must be over the age of 19 (as opposed to 18 almost everywhere else) to purchase tobacco products, or products related to tobacco use.  The penalty for breaking this law is severe, and so for now we want to avoid any confusion and the hassle of figuring out everyone's age and having to ask them to send us photocopies of their state issued IDs.  We know it's an inconvenience to some of you, but we hope you understand!


Q:  What happens if my glass pipe arrives damaged at my house?

A:  Check out our return policy for help!  We're not leaving you hanging with a broken glass pipe, don't worry!  We've got your back!


Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  Our return policy is available on the Terms of Sale agreement.



PRIVACY and SECURITY FAQ


Q:  How does this purchase show up on my credit card bill?

A:  It shows up as a purchase from Rusty Creations Inc - our parent company.  If it shows up as anything else, please contact us at (915) 247-6653 immediately!


Q:  How are you going to package my item?

A:  We use your everyday, standard shipping materials (eg. a standard Brown FedEx box), so your package will arrive discreetly.  There will be no writing or indication of what you have purchased on the outside of the box.  


Q: Is it secure to order from this site?

A: Yes. Our shopping cart processes all the information by using the latest security technology: SSL 128-bit encryption.


Q: Do you keep my personal information?

A: Yes, your personal information is securely stored in our E commerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. You have the option to make this information available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop from us.  Read our privacy policy for more information.


Q: Do you sell or trade any of my information?

A: Absolutely not: We do not sell, trade, or share any of your information with anyone under any circumstances. Read our privacy policy for more information.



ACCOUNT AND ORDER STATUS FAQ


Q: I forgot my account password. How do I retrieve it?

A: If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link.


Q:  What does the order status “Awaiting Payment” mean?

A:  This means that your order has gone through and is awaiting a Just4Smokers representative to review the order before packing begins.  If you place an order late on a Friday night, your order may be listed as “Awaiting Payment” until Monday morning, for example, when business resumes.


Q:  What does the order status “Awaiting Fulfillment” mean?

A:  This means that your order has passed all of our security checks and is waiting for the merchandise to arrive from the warehouse to be packed.  Orders can be “Awaiting Fulfillment” for several days, depending on the availability of the item.
